The suites at Casino Rama Resort

Every room in the hotel is sold as a suite. Here is what the resort says each type includes, what it leaves unsaid, and how to ask for the room you want.

The resort's hotel page, last edited in January 2026, describes 292 newly renovated, spacious suites. Other sources give 289 (Wikipedia) or 300 (a July 2026 news report and a Tripadvisor description); the official page is the one we use. The renovation of the rooms started on the second level in spring 2025, according to CTV News, and the hotel page now presents it as complete without giving a date.

The floor numbers come from the hotel page as it stood in June 2024, before the renovation; the live page no longer gives floors, so treat them as a guide rather than a promise.

What every suite has

All rooms share the in-room list above, and the resort fee adds an in-room coffee maker, Wi-Fi, unlimited local calls and two bottles of spring water each day. Rooms are priced for single or double occupancy, with a charge for each extra adult and a maximum of five people per room. Designated smoking rooms exist; smoking or cannabis in a non-smoking room carries a $250 cleaning fee. Alcohol you bring yourself, in sealed bottles from the LCBO, may be consumed only inside your room.

What the resort does not publish

• Room sizes. No square footage is given for any suite type.
• Views. There are no lake-view or high-floor categories, so nobody can sell you a guaranteed view.
• Bed brand and room service hours. Neither appears on the official pages.
• Current suite names above the Deluxe level. The 2024 page listed a Club Parlour Suite, a Junior Presidential Suite and Club Premium Suites with a Jacuzzi; the 2026 page simply says Parlour and Club Rooms & Suites.

Which suite for which night

For two people at a concert, the Deluxe Suite with a king bed is the obvious choice; the living area means you are not sitting on the bed after the show. Two friends sharing should ask for two double beds, which the resort lists as a standard option. A group of four or five sharing one suite is allowed by the occupancy rule, but it will feel full; for a family, the Parlour Suite's separate bedroom is the better fit. Club rooms are worth it if the private elevator matters to you — on a sold-out night, when thousands leave the hall at once, a separate lift is a real convenience.
