What we collect

When you send a room request: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your dates, the number of guests, your room preference, your note to the desk and the page you sent it from. Our server also records the time, your IP address and your browser type, to block abuse.

Why

To answer your request and, if you go ahead, to arrange the stay with the resort or a booking partner. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our booking desk; the resort or the booking partner we contact for your dates, to the extent needed to hold or book a room; and our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf. If a tag manager is used on the site for measuring whether forms are submitted, it receives a technical event without your contact details.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become a stay are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed bookings are kept as long as accounting rules require.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw consent and have it deleted. Write to privacy@wexfordwoodworkings.com.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising cookies. A measurement tag may set cookies if one is enabled; your browser settings let you refuse them.
