Getting to Rama: road, coach and the transit gap
Casino Rama Resort is a driving destination. The resort's own figures for the trip from Toronto do not agree with each other, so here are all of them and our own check.

By car from Toronto
The official directions sheet (February 2020) gives 123.4 km and about 80 minutes: Highway 400 north, then Highway 11 toward Orillia and North Bay, exit 131A for Highway 12 south, Atherley Road, then left onto Rama Road (County Road 44) for 5.2 km. The resort is at 5899 Rama Road on the right, across from a Shell station.

The difference between 80 minutes and two hours is mostly where in the city you start: the official figure measures from the top of the 400, our figure from downtown. Add time for Friday traffic, cottage weekends in summer and snow in winter.
The VIP Coach
The resort runs a VIP Coach with TOK Coachlines from the GTA seven days a week, with extra pick-ups on Saturday and Sunday, free on-board Wi-Fi and a guide. It is for people 19+ who are members of the My Club Rewards programme. The page shows an "Everyone Rides For Free" banner, but also a fare for the lowest tier, and some offers require a minimum stay of four hours — read the conditions on the day. A new pick-up point is the carpool lot at Highway 7 and Colossus Drive. Bookings are on 1-888-817-7262.
Charter buses
For groups the resort lists charter partners by region, including TOK Coachlines, Luxury Coach, CBS Tours, Coach Canada, The Toronto Bus Company, Great Canadian Holidays and others. The resort is clear that bus services are run by outside operators.
Public transport
There is no published public-transit route to the resort. The usual pattern, according to travel guides rather than any official source, is an intercity bus to Orillia and then a taxi for the last 11 km. If you are relying on transit, say so in your request and we will check the options for your dates rather than send you a timetable we cannot verify.
Parking
Self-parking is free and the resort says it has room for more than 2,500 vehicles. Valet details are on parking. The resort's official pages do not mention electric-vehicle charging.
