The Spa at Rama Resort and the third-floor pool
The spa is the part of the refurbishment that changed most: a new space on the main floor, a new name and a full menu. The pool stayed where it was.

What changed
Until 2024 the resort's spa was the Balance in Life Spa on the third floor, open nine to seven on weekdays and nine to nine at weekends. The new spa opened on the ground floor by May 2025, as part of the refurbishment, and the page now calls it The Spa at Rama Resort. The pool, saunas, steam room and fitness centre are still on the third floor.

Registered massage therapy receipts are available on request, but not for treatments paid with a gift card or loyalty rewards.
Age rules
Massages, facials and waxing are for ages 14 and up. Nails are from age 8, with a guardian present between 8 and 14. Under-14s can have only a 30-minute registered massage, with a guardian. This makes the spa one of the few parts of the resort a teenager can share with a parent.
Policies
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and bring sandals. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead or the treatment is charged in full. In 2024, guests who were not staying at the hotel needed to spend a minimum on services to use the spa facilities; that rule is not on the live page.
The pool and wellness floor
On the third floor: the heated indoor saltwater horizon pool with natural light and a hot tub, locker rooms with a dry sauna and a steam room, and the fitness centre beside the pool. All open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM for hotel and spa guests. The pool and health club are part of what the resort fee pays for.
