The resort sells itself as a conference and occasion venue as well as a casino. The capacities below are from its own facilities table.

The meetings page speaks of nearly 40,000 square feet of event space; the FAQ speaks of nearly 16,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. The smaller figure probably excludes the Entertainment Centre and the pre-function areas, but the resort does not say so. The audiovisual partner is Stagevision.
Weddings and occasions
The special-occasions page lists weddings, stags and stagettes, anniversaries, reunions, retirements, birthdays, showers and engagements, with custom wedding menus by the executive chef. A full wedding guide is marked "coming soon"; a holiday guide, banquet menus and the Cedar group menus are published as PDFs dated August and September 2026.
Room blocks
For ten or more rooms the resort asks groups to contact Hotel Sales & Catering on 705-238-5900; inquiries through its form are answered within 48 hours. Our desk can collect your dates and numbers and put the request together if you prefer one contact, but for a wedding or a conference you will end up working directly with the resort's sales team, and we say so.
A concert as a group outing
Several of the winter shows suit an office or club night out — Letterkenny Live in February, Russell Peters on two nights, Trooper with The Northern Pikes in January. If you are organising one, combine a group room request with the show date in the form below.
