Two years of renovation, item by item

If your last visit was before 2024, a lot has moved. This is a dated list, so you can see what is new and what disappeared.

Illustration drawn for this guide — not a photograph of the resort.

What disappeared

Simcoe Yard House, The Willow, the old Noodle Bar, Cedar Express and the third-floor Balance in Life Spa are gone from the resort's lists. The Couchiching Court Buffet survives but only on Friday and Saturday evenings. Before the renovation the hotel page listed named suites — Club Parlour, Junior Presidential, Club Premium with a Jacuzzi; the current page uses broader names.

What did not change

The saltwater pool is still on the third floor. Self-parking is still free. The Entertainment Centre still seats about 5,000. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM.

What we still do not know

The resort has not published a completion date for the room renovation, room sizes, or whether the fitness centre is still adults-only. We will update this note when it does.

Ask our desk to hold a room for your show night

Tell us the night, the show if there is one, and how many of you are coming. We check what the resort can offer for those dates and write back with options. No card is needed to ask.

How we are paid: if a room request you send here becomes a confirmed stay, the resort or the booking partner that completes it pays us a commission. Asking costs you nothing and never raises the rate.

Thank you — the request is with our desk. We reply by email, usually within one business day, with what the resort can offer for your dates. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
