How we read this
The pattern is consistent with what the resort publishes. The suites, the beds and the housekeeping score well — the parts of the hotel that were renovated. Value scores lowest, which fits a hotel with a daily resort fee in a location where there is little competition: it is the only hotel Tripadvisor lists in Rama. Location sits in the middle, which makes sense: it is ideal if you are going to a show, and remote if you are not.
Two cautions. First, a share of these reviews predate the 2024–2026 refurbishment, so complaints about old rooms or closed restaurants may describe a hotel that no longer exists. Second, we could not read Google, Booking.com or Expedia scores for this check, so this is not a complete picture.

Our editorial verdict is in the review: 7.6 out of 10 for a show-night stay. That number is ours, not an average of other people's.
